Responsibilities

  • Manage the raw material sampling schedule based on risk assessment.
  • Perform checks on incoming raw materials and log the results.
  • Report non-conforming goods and raise necessary non-conformance reports.
  • Participate in supplier quality improvement initiatives.
  • Gather data during production to raise complaints and provide feedback.
  • Track complaints to ensure cost recovery and escalate as necessary.
  • Contribute to the supplier approval process.
  • Assist with routine testing of raw materials and finished products.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the raw material sampling schedule to ensure incoming raw materials are sampled at a frequency based on risk assessment.
  • Sample incoming raw materials, performing visual, dimensional and functional checks, logging results, trending data, and providing feedback to suppliers on their performance.
  • Identify, segregate, and report non‑conforming goods, raising non‑conformance reports (NCs) where necessary.
  • Participate in supplier quality improvement initiatives by providing inspection feedback.
  • Gather data during on‑site production to raise complaints and provide feedback to suppliers when required.
  • Track complaints and claims to ensure all costs are recovered and to escalated if necessary.
  • Contribute to the supplier approval process.
  • Assist with routine and non‑routine testing of raw material, semi‑finished goods and finished products.
