Skills

SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience

Experience working within a Primary or Secondary Setting

Understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection

Excellent classroom management

Level 2 or 3 qualified

Minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment

Experience of supporting young people on a 1:1 basis

Behavioural Management experience
