About the SENDCo role :

Lead and oversee all SEND provision as the school’s dedicated SENDCo

Work closely with teachers, support staff and external professionals to ensure strong collaboration

Take responsibility for EHCPs, annual reviews, interventions and SEND strategy

Provide guidance, coaching and training to staff to help develop effective inclusive practice

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies to support holistic progress
