As our SENCO, you will sit at the heart of a multi-disciplinary team, shaping strategy, inspiring colleagues, and ensuring that every pupil with SEND thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. With collaboration, innovation, and compassion as your tools, you will help guide our school toward excellence in inclusive education.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and resilient SENCO who brings energy, structure, and empathy into the school. You will be committed to helping students with SEND and SEMH needs succeed through a personalised, trauma‑informed approach.
Red Kite School is a brand‑new, purpose‑built independent SEN school, designed to support up to 60 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Set in the beautiful market town of Princes Risborough, it’s a truly exciting time to join us as a founding member of staff and help shape a nurturing, inclusive learning environment from the ground up.

You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
