Full-time Qualified SENCO Position - Primary School in B12 (5 days per week)

We are a one-form entry primary school located in the B12 area, currently under Ofsted's "Requires Improvement" category. We are seeking a passionate, qualified SENCO to join our dedicated team and help us continue our journey toward excellence.

The Role

• Oversee and lead the school's SEND provision, ensuring that all pupils with SEN receive high-quality support tailored to their individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to implement strategies that ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Be responsible for coordinating assessments, creating SEN support plans, and liaising with external agencies where necessary.
• Support staff training and development to ensure effective implementation of SEN strategies across the school.
• Have the opportunity to take on a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) role, which includes a leadership responsibility in the development and delivery of our SEN provision.
