Overview

Aspire People is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in primary schools across Manchester.

These roles are ideal for individuals with experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties, who are passionate about inclusive education.

Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group SEN support
  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and routines
  • Assisting with learning activities and interventions
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
  • Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based preferred)
