SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role Starting January 2026

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026, working five days per week until the end of the academic year.

The Role:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including SEND pupils
  • Support lesson delivery alongside class teachers
  • Assist with literacy and numeracy development
  • Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic progress
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
  • Understanding of SEND and diverse learning needs
  • Passionate about education and pupil development
  • TA qualifications desirable but not essential
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification
  • Enhanced DBS (and Overseas Police Check if required)
  • References covering the last 10 years (where possible)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
