Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant all-through school in Margate.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who :
  • Has experience supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs from 5 - 16 years old (e.g., ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs, learning difficulties)
  • Can build positive, nurturing relationships with pupils
  • Works well as part of a supportive and forward-thinking team
  • Is patient, resilient, and genuinely motivated to help pupils succeed
  • Can adapt support to meet individual learning needs across primary and / or secondary phases
Requirements
  • Previous SEN experience preferred
  • A calm, empathetic approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
