SEN Support Worker - Make a Difference in Bedford SEN Schools!

Join Teaching Personnel as a SEN Support Worker and help create a nurturing environment for children with special educational needs. We work closely with primary and secondary SEN schools in and around Bedford, providing skilled support staff to ensure the best care and education for their pupils.

As an SEN Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive. You'll collaborate with pupils, teachers, and school staff, tailoring your support to meet each child's unique needs.

About The Schools (Bedford Area)
  • Location: We work with a variety of provisions across Bedford postcodes, including MK42 and MK44.
  • Provisions: Opportunities available in primary, secondary, SEN, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) settings.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development.
  • Promoting pupils' social and emotional well-being.
  • Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
