• Term: Temp until approx. March
• Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.50am - 3.50pm and Friday 7.50am - 3.20pm
• Location: Hextable (you must have your own transport due to lack of public transport nearby)
• Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for pupils, staff and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to all inquiries with a warm smile and a helpful attitude
• Clearly communicating via phone and face‑to‑face, passing on messages to the relevant staff members
• Organising student uniforms and taking lunch registers through 'ParentMail'
• Checking, ordering, and organising stationery supplies
• Helping with photocopying and printing tasks

What We're Looking For

• A warm, approachable personality with a passion for helping staff and students.
• An enhanced DBS on the update system would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy reception environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role or having used school systems such as ParentMail is a plus but not essential.
