Milk Education are recruiting for a compassionate and skilled SEN Early Years / KS1 Teacher to join a fantastic specialist SEN school in Dagenham. This role is perfect for a teacher with experience supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, SLD, and MLD, who is passionate about creating nurturing, inclusive learning environments for younger pupils. What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to Early Years / KS1 SEN learners
  • Supporting pupils with ASD, SLD, and MLD to access the curriculum at their own pace
  • Promoting inclusion, independence, and personal development in every lesson
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support
Experience / Qualifications
  • QTS / QTLS status (essential)
  • At least 2 years\' teaching experience, ideally within SEN settings
  • Strong knowledge of Early Years / KS1 curriculum and SEN strategies
