Role suitable for individuals who can
  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Support the teacher in delivering informative and engaging lessons
  • Support students with challenging behaviour
  • Prepare for lessons (e.g., preparing resources, putting out equipment)
  • Support with some of the pupils' additional care needs (e.g., feeding, toileting)
  • Support the children in completing day-to-day tasks around the classroom and with their learning
  • Ensure that pupils are safeguarded and supported
