Job summary

A dedicated education provider in the UK is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students in Key Stages 3 and 4 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Qualifications

  • Experience working in a secondary school or with young people with SEMH/SEND needs.
  • GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students across KS3 & KS4, especially with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in classroom activities and lead small-group or 1:1 interventions.
  • Work proactively to de-escalate behaviour and guide students.
