SEMH Learning Support Assistant - Wiltshire

We're looking for SEMH Learning Support Assistants across Wiltshire to join specialist SEMH schools, alternative learning provisions and residential schools. These roles suit someone who's practical, level‑headed and able to build rapport quickly – especially with young people who respond best to consistency, clear boundaries and a grounded approach.

The Role - SEMH Learning Support Assistant

You’ll be:

  • Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Guiding young people through both structured learning and practical, hands‑on activities
  • Providing a strong, steady presence in lessons, around the school and during outdoor tasksWorking within a supportive team that values resilience, teamwork and reliability
