SEMH Instructor | Southend-on-Sea
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Daily Rate: £130 - £160 (Dependent on Experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term

Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a resilient and adaptive SEMH Instructor to work within a specialist school or Alternative Provision in Southend-on-Sea. This role is specifically designed for an educator who excels in non-traditional settings and can engage students who may have had negative experiences with mainstream education.
As an SEMH Instructor, you will go beyond standard teaching; you will act as a mentor, authority figure, and advocate for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will be responsible for delivering a functional and creative curriculum designed to re-engage learners and build their self-esteem.
