Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH or behavioural needs in school, care, youth work, or similar settings.
• Calm, resilient, and patient approach to challenging situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential for supporting students.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to create a supportive environment.
