LOCATION: Bradford

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

PAY RATE: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Purpose:

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role is the public face of the security team and requires professionalism. A can-do attitude is essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service each time.
• Work as a team player to meet guest needs and contribute to all departments.
• Conduct regular patrols as detailed in site instructions, proactively.
• Assist visitors proactively and identify opportunities to help.
• Manage incidents according to site policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the control room, react to incidents, and support colleagues.
• Monitor human behavior, surveillance, and log incidents per policies.
• Maintain vigilance against unauthorized access and banned individuals.
• Follow radio procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with the Environmental Services team for integrated service delivery.
