A regional healthcare foundation in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Security Officer to ensure safety and security for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, work well both independently and in a team, and have knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. This position offers a competitive salary of £24,465 per annum with opportunities for career progression.

The Security Team provides a comprehensive security service across the main hospital site at Southend, operating in all weather conditions.
As part of this front-line service, you\'ll need to be polite, helpful, and tactful, while also being firm and able to remain calm under pressure. This is a highly visible role involving regular contact with staff, visitors, and members of the public.
