£30,000-£35,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits | Full Time, Permanent

Ready to take the lead on high-profile contracts across Scotland's busiest retail and commercial sites? Anchor Group Services is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee security and cleaning operations across Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.

You'll be the driving force behind our teams of Site Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff—mobilising a flagship shopping centre contract in Edinburgh, keeping service standards high, and building strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-site security and/or cleaning operations, coordinating Site Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Mobilise flagship contracts, beginning with a shopping centre contract in Edinburgh, and maintain high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships across Scotland.

What were looking for

• Proven multi-site management experience in security and/or cleaning
• A people leader who motivates and develops teams
• Strong client relationship skills with commercial awareness
• Flexible, organised, and solutions-focused
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• SIA licence desirable but not essential
