Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good?

If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in Tesco Bedworth in the CV12 8SX area.

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Role details

This role will be based in Tesco Bedworth.

Weekly hours: 7 hours

Shift pattern: Sunday 10.00am - 2.00pm, Thursday 8.00am - 11.00am

End date: 3rd of January - However there is opportunity for permanent work regarding the Sunday hours each week after Christmas.

Responsibilities
  • \'You\'ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • \'You\'ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • \'You\'ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • \'You\'ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
Qualifications & requirements
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You\'ll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
