Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? At eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the St Leonards On Sea area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

About the role

Weekly hours: 9

Shift pattern:

• Tuesday: (AM or PM start)
• Thursday: (AM or PM start)
• Saturday in Tesco Hastings: 13.00 -17.00

End date: 3rd January 2026

How you\'ll deliver excellence

• You\'ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You\'ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You\'ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You\'ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
• Able to commit to the hours listed above
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You\'ll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
