Job description

POSITION PURPOSE

Ensure guests' needs are met regarding locker amenities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in all guest areas. Oversee inventory management of locker supplies and ensure that all items are properly stocked. Assist with locker assignments, key distribution, and the handling of personal belongings to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Clean and maintain locker spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Distribute locker keys to guests in an efficient and timely manner.
• Manage locker room areas in accordance with business demand and guest traffic.
• Provide full shoe care services, including cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and proper storage of guest and member footwear.
• Offer spike replacement services for both members and guests, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Oversee the rental shoe program, ensuring the availability and condition of shoes.
• Maintain inventory levels for locker room supplies and accessories, promptly notifying management when additional stock is required.
• Maintain flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• In-depth knowledge of recreational operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with the principles and practices of personnel and business management.
• Ability to maintain records and generate reports as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.
• Strong Golf Knowledge and playing ability would be advantageous.
