A leading defence organisation in Stevenage is seeking a skilled individual to support Verification activities within their Weapon Systems Design & Verification team. You will be responsible for management and documentation in compliance with certification processes across multiple programs. The ideal candidate has knowledge of Systems Engineering and formal verification, and enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The role includes opportunities for hybrid working and offers a competitive salary up to £57,000.
Sea Ceptor is a successful, growing, innovative, high-profile maritime air defence system with multiple UK and export contracts. This role sits within the Weapon Systems Design & Verification team and delivers Verification activities to support multiple customers (export and domestic). The role involves task planning, budgeting and management to ensure activities are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards. The individual may be involved in various activities across the verification lifecycle.
This role provides the opportunity to experience different verification approaches across multiple export and domestic programmes. It offers development opportunities in people and stakeholder management, task management, and generation of verification technical documentation, among others.
You will join a highly motivated team with the opportunity to contribute across multiple programmes, focusing on effective Verification and Validation delivery across several concurrent projects. There are opportunities for further development for those with aptitude and demonstrated ability.

Salary: Up to £57,000 Depending on Experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification. Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. After offer, candidates will undergo BPSS checks.
