Science Teacher - January 2026 Start (Fixed-Term to July 2026)

Location: St Helens
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Salary: .56 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Teach Key Stage 3 and Stage 4 Science, delivering engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
• Inspire pupils of all abilities, fostering curiosity and a passion for scientific learning.
• Contribute to a supportive, forward-thinking department focused on high standards and student progress.
• Take an active role in planning and assessment.

Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
