An Independent Girls’ Grammar School in Birmingham is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Part-time Science Teacher to inspire KS3 students. The candidate should have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, and involvement in extra-curricular activities. The school offers a supportive atmosphere with small class sizes and a commitment to high educational standards.
We are looking to recruit a creative and enthusiastic teacher to teach KS3 classes (year 7 & 8) who places a high priority on raising standards and is committed to providing a balanced education.
Teaching Qualifications: PGCE or QTS is preferred but not necessary. Excellent subject knowledge and passion for teaching is a must.

This excellent secondary school is looking for a Part time Science Teacher who is able to inspire and drive girls to make the most of their education. We are an Independent Girls’ Grammar School in Birmingham, who have been rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted again in May 2025 and have a track record of high academic achievement. We have a diverse staff of different ages and different backgrounds, and we welcome all applications.

We are a small school with 114 students, and have small class sizes of approximately 25. Therefore, we have a very friendly community-like atmosphere with a relaxed and supportive working environment. Discipline is easily managed with good classroom management skills and a firm but fair approach.
