Overview

Trowbridge, Wiltshire · Full-time · £115-140 per day

The Role

I am working with a local secondary school as they look for a science specialist to join their staffing community. The position is long-term and would welcome candidates to continue on a termly basis. Due to the schools prime location candidates from surrounding areas are also encouraged to apply, including Bath and Chippenham. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to teach across key stages 3 and 4, teaching both practical and theory-based lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach science across key stages 3 and 4, including practical and theory-based lessons.
• Work within a nurturing environment and collaborate with support staff and faculty to provide consistent learning opportunities.
• Engage with progression opportunities and contribute to a positive teaching environment.

Requirements

• Science specialist capable of teaching across KS3 and KS4.
• Willing to work in a long-term/termly role and consider applicants from surrounding areas (e.g., Bath, Chippenham).
