A local educational institution in Ewell is seeking committed individuals to join the School Standards Board. This voluntary role involves contributing to the school's development plan, engaging with staff and parents, and enhancing community links. No educational experience is required, and excellent training is provided. Meetings are held once per half term, with travel expenses reimbursed as needed.
We are looking for committed individuals from the local community, and from all walks of life and backgrounds to join our School Standards Board (SSB) at Rosebery School for a four year period. As an SSB member, you will contribute to and monitor the school's development plan, which focuses on the key improvement priorities for the school. SSBs are the Trust Board's interface with key stakeholders: parents, staff and the community. You will be involved in gathering and responding to feedback from parents and staff, and developing and maintaining community links for the school. SSB members provide regular feedback to the Trust Board on the performance of their school and the feedback from stakeholders, contributing to the overall improvement of the Trust. SSBs also have the opportunity to influence the strategy of the Trust as a whole. Excellent training and support is provided and you don\'t need education experience.
