Premises Manager - Primary School in Wandsworth (Part-Time, 3-4 Days per Week)

Are you a practical, reliable and proactive person who takes pride in keeping a school environment safe, clean and welcoming? We're looking for a Premises Manager to join our friendly Wandsworth primary school on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week).


About the Role:

As our Premises Manager, you'll play a key role in making sure our school runs smoothly every day. You'll be responsible for the general upkeep of the building and grounds, carrying out minor repairs, overseeing contractors, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and helping to maintain a positive environment for pupils and staff.


What We're Looking For:


  • Practical skills in basic maintenance, DIY and site management

  • Someone organised, trustworthy and able to work independently

  • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude

  • Experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential


Hours & Pay:


  • Part-time: 3-4 days per week

  • Flexible working pattern available

  • £14-£16 per hour, depending on experience
