Job description

We are seeking to appoint a full-time School Office Administrator.

The post holder will provide comprehensive and effective administration services to both academic staff and students within the university. You will undertake the full range of programme administration and general office functions, supporting all areas and sharing responsibility for efficient and seamless delivery of services across the Schools.

Responsibilities
  • Provide programme administration and general office support across the School.
  • Ensure efficient and seamless delivery of services across the School.
  • Adapt to change and upskill as necessary in a modern higher‑education environment.
  • Manage a busy workload and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality services and adaptability to change.
  • Professional services experience in a higher‑education setting is desirable.
