What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for individuals who enjoy spending time with children and take pride in guiding them whilst they play and socialise. The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay calm and be patient; good communication skills; a cheerful disposition; and a commitment to safeguarding the welfare of our pupils.

Further details about the role

Our SMSAs are integral to ensuring the smooth running of our lunchtimes, contributing to the provision of a safe, positive and active lunch-time experience for our pupils. The role includes helping to set up the hall before lunch, and supervising and supporting pupils both in the dining hall and after lunch in the playground.
