Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Google Chrome devices in an educational environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is highly desirable.
• A current driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to school and corporate staff from the Service Desk.
• Support configuration and management of mobile devices.
• Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades in schools.
