Job summary

A leading health provider in Stockport is seeking a motivated Children’s Support Worker to provide care for children with complex health needs. You will work alongside the School Nurse, ensuring that children receive the necessary support and health interventions. The role involves escorting children from home to school and providing individualized care throughout the school day. Must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle. Hands-on training and development will be provided, with a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 per annum.
