Qualifications

• Experience of catering in large quantities, ideally within a school or education setting.
• Experience of managing and working within budgets.
• Knowledge of cultural diversity, particularly in food preparation.
• Experience of working with children.
• Knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition.
• Relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications.
