We are currently working on behalf of a specialist SEN school in the London Borough of Ealing to recruit a reliable, proactive, and experienced School Caretaker to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established SEN setting, supporting the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the school site. The role is central to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
As School Caretaker, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day care, security, and maintenance of the school premises. You will work closely with senior leaders and school staff to ensure the site is safe, clean, and fully operational at all times. Due to the nature of the setting, the school is seeking a candidate who is calm, dependable, and understands the importance of safeguarding within an SEN environment.
The successful candidate will be required to hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check, along with satisfactory references and relevant pre‑employment checks. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
