A thriving secondary school in Surrey is looking for a capable and enthusiastic School Business Manager to oversee key operational functions from January 2026. Working closely with the Headteacher and SLT, the School Business Manager will ensure effective financial planning, HR oversight, premises management and administrative coordination. A structured handover will be provided before January 2026.

Joining a collaborative operations finance and admin team

The School Business Manager will support budget setting, lead HR records and payroll liaison, oversee estates and health & safety, and review procurement practices. The ideal candidate will be analytical, well‑organised and confident managing multiple workstreams in a busy school environment.
