Start: ASAP / January 2026
Type: Short‑term, long‑term & ongoing cover
Location: Various partner schools

We are supporting a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Gloucestershire who are looking for experienced, organised and friendly School Administrators to provide essential office cover.
If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy supporting staff, students and parents, and can hit the ground running - this could be a great opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Front‑office reception duties
  • Managing calls, emails and visitor enquiries
  • Attendance support and general administration
  • Supporting safeguarding processes (training provided)
  • Assisting with data entry and school systems (SIMS/Arbor a bonus)
Requirements
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous admin or customer‑facing experience
  • Confident with IT and communication
  • Professional, reliable and able to work independently
