A regional charity organization is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee a 24/7 Young Persons Scheme in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves managing staff, ensuring the well-being of young clients, and leading service improvements. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, strong management skills, and a commitment to inclusivity. Benefits include flexible working, training opportunities, and health support.
You’ll manage the team at our 24/7 Young Persons Scheme. Ensuring that everyone has the right support, training and tools to work independently and confidently. You’ll make sure that customers receive the right support to maintain their tenancy and develop positive relationships with other customers and the community.
The role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday; however these working hours could include weekends and other shifts to meet the needs of the business. You will also be required to manage additional schemes at different times to cover sickness and annual leave.
