A leading housing organization is seeking a part-time Scheme Manager for their Homeownership team in Seaton. Responsibilities include supporting older residents, coordinating contractors, and managing compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and experience in a related support role. A driving license is required. Benefits include a flat, annual leave, and a pension scheme.

Scheme Manager – Homeownership – Part Time
Location: Barnards Farm, Seaton
Salary: £16,916 – £17,439 per year
Hours: 25 hours per week

Full-time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week, rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
