Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence? As a Scheduling Manager within Workforce Planning & Optimisation (WPO), you will be at the helm of all planning and scheduling activities, ensuring our field operations run with precision and efficiency. This pivotal role demands strategic oversight and a commitment to aligning outputs with service levels, business priorities, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will lead from the front, owning the performance of the planning function, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our processes are both effective and agile. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a high-performing team. You will set clear expectations, hold individuals accountable, and foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning.,

Responsibilities
  • People Management: Develop and lead a front-line team, coach for performance improvement, and ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet service standards.
  • Process Quality, Delivery and Insight: Maintain control of work stack and WIP, track KPIs, ensure process quality, provide performance insights, drive continuous improvement, and set daily priorities for the team.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a technical expert in planning and scheduling, utilizing tools like Salesforce, SAP ESS/MSS, eSCADA, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Financial accountability: Understand cost drivers, manage teams within budget, contribute to future budgeting, and drive long-term efficiency.
