Responsibilities

• Handle and update service tickets for compliance.
• Manage hub stock and maintain asset records.
• Oversee hardware disposals as per requirements.
• Triage and repair equipment and liaise with vendors.
• Ensure lockers are stocked appropriately.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements to the Team Leader.
• Follow site regulations and processes.
