• Move the required quantity of devices from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location as instructed.
• Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor's engineer and Site Manager.
• Refresh Laptops.
• Correctly update the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps.
• Seek guidance as required from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager.
