A leading organization in UK Defence is seeking an experienced SC Cleared Automation Engineer to join their team in Corsham. The role involves supporting complex, mission-critical infrastructure and delivering secure, robust, scalable solutions. Essential skills include strong experience with PHP and JavaScript web services, automated deployment, and working in Agile teams. The position requires active SC Clearance and onsite presence 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' demonstrable hands-on experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience working within public sector, preferably Defence.
• Experience delivering accredited secure solutions within UK Public Sector.

• Automated deployment of server, network and storage technologies across multiple vendors.
• Building or supporting large infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshooting hardware or software component failure.
• Working as part of an Agile development team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems and propose new ideas.
• Competency in MS Office Suite.
