Job Title: SAP Project Lead
Location: London
Salary/Rate: £900 inside IR35
Start Date: January

A large organisation is launching a major UK-wide Expenses Transformation initiative and is seeking an experienced Project Lead to deliver significant process and system change. This role suits someone with deep expense-process expertise and strong transformation delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the UK Expenses Transformation, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Own selected deliverables directly, applying SME knowledge and working with key business stakeholders.
• Lead project communications, including SteerCo updates and senior stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in expenses management and the full expense lifecycle.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects within large organisations.
• Robust PMO skills (planning, tracking, reporting, governance).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including running senior forums.
• Working knowledge of SAP Concur.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar demand management platforms.
