Responsibilities

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather, and synthesize information.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work‑related problems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and synthesize information for business solutions.
• Develop and present recommendations to stakeholders based on research and analysis.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
