Overview

As an SAP Delivery Lead professional at Accenture, you will use your SAP expertise to coach and manage your team on designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients\' requirements as well as plan and budget. You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, cooperating with Accenture and client colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders will help you deliver and create future value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of SAP programs, managing scope, timelines, and resources to meet client requirements and commercial constructs (non-T&M such as risk reward, revenue share, fixed price, fixed outcomes).
  • Coach and manage a delivery team, ensuring solutions align with client needs from blueprint to design, build, test, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with multi-vendor and hybrid environments, guiding client, third-party, and contractor teams across locations.
  • Develop and maintain revenue management, including actual and forecasted revenues and Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%).
  • Apply diverse project management methods (Waterfall, Agile) across multiple delivery phases.
  • Engage in senior stakeholder management, including managing customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with multi-cultural teams; demonstrate leadership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients within the Accenture SAP Business Group.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years SAP experience across several disciplines/functional areas.
  • Significant experience delivering large SAP programs in differentiated commercial constructs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Expertise in revenue management and handling actual and forecasted revenues; experience with Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%).
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies across delivery lifecycles.
  • Senior stakeholder management and customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Experience delivering in multi-vendor or hybrid environments with mixed teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Experience handling international projects or working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Relevant bachelor\'s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Desirable: S4/HANA experience, consulting environment experience, and focus on data migration, cutover, test management, mobilization, and coordination with solution architects for scope management.

Job location: London. Salary: Competitive salary and package (depending on level of experience). Flexibility and mobility required to deliver this role, including time onsite with clients and partners.
