The role

Responsible for managing photographic samples throughout the still‑life and model photography process within the Sample Centre, ensuring efficient handling, organisation, and availability for all shoots (including ecom, content and campaign).

What will you do as a Samples Coordinator?
  • Receive and record the delivery and dispatch of photographic samples accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage the storage of samples, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and collate samples for the in‑house studio and external content and campaign shoots, including still life model and creative projects, working closely with internal production, creative and styling teams.
  • Monitor sample deliveries against deadlines and proactively chase missing items from product teams as required.
  • Maintain samples within the e‑commerce styling wardrobe, ensuring they are clean and organised, while working closely with the styling team.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining sample and photographic status reports.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the line manager, commensurate with the role.

  • Computer literate with experience using PC platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of building effective cross‑functional relationships.
  • Proactive, positive and flexible, demonstrating a strong “can‑do” attitude.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
