Role: Salesforce Technical Architect

Location: Fully Remote

Length: 5 Months Initial

Start Date: September 2025

We’re supporting a leading retail business in delivering a multi-phase Salesforce transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership of solution design and technical delivery.

You’ll work at the intersection of business vision and technical execution — shaping architecture decisions, ensuring scalable solutions, and guiding delivery teams through a complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with commercial objectives
• Oversee development, configuration, and integration activities
• Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and admins
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimisation
• Support governance processes, including code reviews and technical documentation
• Advise on multi-cloud integrations and API-led connectivity within the Salesforce ecosystem

Required Experience/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on large-scale projects
• Expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce environments, including complex integrations
• Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and technical leadership
• Experience in retail or high-volume B2C environments desirable
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications preferred
