Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Role Overview

We're looking for a Salesforce professional with strong Salesforce Field Service experience to take ownership of designing and delivering robust field service solutions. The role focuses on improving service delivery, streamlining operations, and enabling an effective mobile workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations from discovery to optimisation
  • Configure and enhance Field Service mobile applications, automation, and data capture processes
  • Design and contribute to agentic Field Service use cases
  • Lead go-live activities, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement post-implementation
  • Contribute to pre-sales engagements, including solution design, effort estimation, and technical input

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions
  • Experience leading Field Service implementations end to end
  • Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service models, including work orders, scheduling, dispatch, optimisation, flows, and mobile enablement.
