Sales Support - Senior Coordinator

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the UK Product CRM Team in daily operations.
  • Assist with sales analysis across all accounts managed by the CRM Team, delivering actionable insights.
  • Coordinate client requests efficiently with the Analytical Support Team to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate invoicing and contracting processes, liaising with relevant departments.
  • Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), facilitating effective client communication.
  • Update and maintain the monthly sales forecast spreadsheet, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Organize and save contracts and product-related materials to the shared drive, maintaining document integrity and accessibility.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and product visibility.
  • Maintain and grow account relationships to position Mercer as a preferred vendor.
What you need to have:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with a creative flair for presentation design.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client‑centric mindset.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications within CRM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating invoicing, contracting, or similar administrative functions is a plus.
  • While prior knowledge of career products is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided.
