The Company you will work for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our highly established and successful client on their search for an experienced Sales Support Representative to join the company as soon as possible. If you have the skills and experience required, please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be Doing;

  • Customer interface via phone or email.
  • Contact manufacturers for pricing.
  • Enter vendor and customer quotes.
  • Enters sales orders, validating entry to customer purchase order.
  • Runs open order reports and progresses orders to ensure on time delivery to customer.
  • Follow up on open purchase orders with supply chain.
  • Answer phones
  • Assist customers when possible or refers to appropriate sales associate.
  • Assists assigned sales associates with miscellaneous clerical or research tasks.
  • Work with other departments as needed to solve issues
  • You will be working Monday Friday 8:30am 16:00

About You;

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including proficient level Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Email at a highly proficient level.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to continue development to self-enhance personal performance.
